Thanks for pointing out that a replacement window is needed when we can't open the window or when sashes are stuck. With that in mind, we actually need this kind of service now to have a working window before the snowfalls. I just noticed that one window in the living room has a part that is not completely shut, so it might actually be the cause of my increasing energy bill as well.

Thank you for explaining that the reason for replacing your windows can be for a number of reasons like being unable to open or close them, feeling a draft when they're closed, or something completely different. My sister has been wondering if she should replace her windows since they're just not the look she wants for the rest of her house.
