MainStreet Vinyl Siding

MainStreet Vinyl Siding is manufactured by Certainteed Saint-Gobain company.
Main Street Vinyl Siding is a good choice to cover  the walls of your house instead of painting. Many times we install that kind of siding to replace the aluminum siding, which was damaged during strong wind or by hailstorm. We did many siding jobs lately in West Windsor and Willingboro NJ to replace aluminum siding. The home insurance companies are willing to pay for aluminum siding replacement when it is replaced with the same style in vinyl, so MainStreet Siding comes as an acceptable option.
  •  The thickness of the siding panel is 0.042. Definitely this is not the thickest siding on the market, but it is higher than builders grade of 0.040. When properly installed the walls of the house look straight and solid. If the walls of the house are uneven, we use fanfold insulation to make them straight.
  •  About 24 different color choices. Rich variety of colors, so you have a chance to pick your favorite siding color, that you can enjoy for many years to come. Most of the colors come in D4 or DL4.5, offering the most popular siding styles. If you want to put on your house a bit of a different look then with MainsStreet  siding you can achieve that as well, by installing D5 or Single 6.5 siding panels.
  • Affordable price. MainStreet vinyl siding comes at a reasonable price. You don't have to twist your arm to make installation of siding possible. Certainly this siding is nice to use when the budget is tight.
  • Lifetime limited warranty. Certainteed Saint-Gobain company is in business for more than 100 years. Most of the time nothing happens to the siding panels, but recently in Hamilton NJ we had to replace siding on a house, because it was melting, the manufacturer of the siding was a different company, but it is always nice to know that if anything happens to your siding, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Manufacturer guarantees no color fading of the siding panel. Some years ago, the color of the siding was changing a lot, especially on the sunny side, you could have noticed a big difference. Today Certainteed Saint- Gobain company guarantees that it is not going to happen. Several years ago we replaced a siding in Hamilton NJ on a house that drastically changed the color from dark red to light red, the manufacturer covered all the labor and material.

So as you can see Mainstreet vinyl siding can be installed as a aluminum replacement or can be a worthy option to give your house refreshed new look.

Usually the package of installation of Vinyl Siding includes covering all of the exposed wood Soffit and Fascia.
When we ask people about these areas of the house, many do not know what that is. So we want to explain a little bit what that staff is and where to find it on your house.
Soffit and Fascia are usually located on the eves of the house, that's where the gutter is or on the rakes of the house.
So why do you need to know what Soffit and Fascia is, well to know your house better is always a plus, that's one thing. The other thing  is  when you have some estimates  to install Vinyl Siding then  you want to know that, because you want to make sure, that  when you are signing the contract the scope of work covers installation  of  Vinyl Soffit and Aluminum Fascia.
Why do you need to install Vinyl Soffit and Aluminum Fascia? You want to do that, so your house is completely maintenance free, you don't want to see any peeling off paint again. Vinyl Soffit and Aluminum Fascia keep squirrels away from your attic and bumble bees away from drilling undesired holes in the wood of your house.
